Legal & Professional Use:
LIA provides legal information and intelligent analysis but does not offer legal advice. Users must not interpret LIA’s responses as a substitute for qualified counsel.
Jurisdictional Limits:
While LIA supports a wide range of legal systems, users are responsible for specifying their jurisdiction. Some integrations (e.g., LexisNexis) may vary in availability or licensing.
Accuracy and Liability:
• Outputs are generated by AI models and may include inaccuracies.
• LIA does not accept liability for decisions made based on its output.
• Users must validate important results independently.
File Handling:
• Uploaded content is processed in real time and deleted immediately afterward.
• LIA does not store files. Users must keep their own copies.
Stripe Billing: All billing is managed securely through Stripe.
Uploads: LIA Lite and LIA Pro both allow file uploads. In the current phase, files are processed transiently and not retained after processing; manifests (hash, name, size, timestamp) may be retained for audit and chain-of-custody. Optional secure storage with hash/timestamp CoC will be offered as an add-on.
Content Restrictions: Users may not submit illegal, unethical, or unauthorized content.
