How many tokens does a typical job use?
Single-engine jobs average ~1.8k tokens. Sequential (our combined mode) uses ≈ 2.5× that. Your usage varies with attachments and retrieval.
What happens at 75% / 90% / 100% usage?
Email + in-app alerts at 75% and 90%. At 100% we soft-pause new jobs (any running job finishes). Continue by buying a $50 Top-Up or using LIA Lite.
Does LIA Lite require a separate subscription?
LIA Lite runs inside ChatGPT and uses your ChatGPT plan.

Do you browse the web?
We use a retrieval layer focused on primary legal sources and pass a curated bundle into the engines; the engines do not free-browse.

No—LIA provides information only. Always consult a qualified lawyer.
Yes. Lite: uploads are processed transiently and not retained by default.
Pro (Phase 1): same handling as Lite.
Pro (upcoming optional add-on): secure storage with hash/timestamp chain-of-custody and verify endpoint.
What metadata do you track?
File name, size, type, sha256 hash, timestamps, and basic EXIF/AV info for verification and timelines.
Do you train on my data?
No. Provider training is disabled where supported; prompts are hashed in logs; minimal metadata only.
